how do I add a subscribe button at end of each post?

  • sorry but cannot find an answer to this even though many people seem to use it.

    Currently have Add to Any: Subsribe button acitvated which puts a button on the home page. However if I provide a link to a new post for facebook etc it directs people just to the particular post and so does not show any subscribe button.

    I would like a button at the end of each and every post please
