How do I add a disclaimer around my download posts?

Im trying to set a disclaimer before a user downloads any content

I currently have something like this:

(I entered:

at the start of each post. But I realized that that is cracking up on my RSS feed and my detailed view (on my site).

Sorry for the images and code, i am trying to keep my site under wraps.

Is there any way to that without interfering with the RSS feed, or the detailed view of my site?

I think maybe something like a plugin to put around an image (maybe a frame or something)?
