how do I add a menu to toggle button on mobile site in WordPress

Hi, I wang to add a menu to toggle button on the mobile version of website. I have tried very hard to find it but can not link anything to the toggle button at the top left of mobile website.

then select that option in the menu that you want to show for mobile please see the screen https://ibb.co/0cPT7wm and update the menu setting
