How do I add a menu only for mobile listing my blog categories?

    I want to add a menu only for mobile listing my blog categories.

    On desktop view I have the top menu in the header and the categories listed in the right sidebar.

    But on mobile view there is just the list of the header menu, but no categories listed.

    How do I create a menu only for mobile that lists the header menu and the categories below that?
