how do i add a image as a border to a widget?

  • my site is https://www.sportingjobs.tv

    i want to add a filmstrip as a border around the boxes on the site.

    eg around the right hand side widgets boxes..

    so far i can only work out how to change the colour and thickness of the boxes borders.
    can an image be used for this?
    any help appreciated!
