How do I add a “featured post” tab with thumbnails?

  • I’m looking to add a box on the side of my blog with thumbnails and excerpts from featured posts. The theme Grungezine has this, but the theme isn’t what I want. I only want that particular feature.

    What’s a good way to do this?
