How do I add a dynamic form on check out page?

  • Hello. Im slideJ.
    I’m just beginning to use the woocommerce! and I have a question to the professional users.

    I would like to add a dynamic custom-form on the check out page.

    Specifically,
    I have made a new custom post type naming as “portfolio”(also its slug is “portfolio”).
    if the porfolio has 4 pages, I want to set the pull down on the checkout page that shows its titles dynamically.

    Where and What code should I put to realize what I try to do.

    I’m looking forward to getting your advice.
