How do I add a comment box and comment thread to page in evolve wordpress theme

I have found a small piece of code that adds a comment form to the end of every page of my wordpress site at https://www.santoshastudios.com
I can’t see the comment thread as well. How do I display the comment thread for that particular page first and then a comment form at the end?
