How do I achieve this Gallery Layout?

Hello all.
The gallery on this wordpress site has three features that I like

a) Beautiful Masonry Layout
b) Great search function at the top left hand side of the page (Search by categories, tags and colour)
c) Each picture when clicked shows categories and tags for the individual image, and the page has social sharing ability.

Who knows how I can achieve the exact same thing with the site I am building? Is there a plugin I can use?
