How Do I Achieve This?

Hello,
I have a CPT called “Destinations” which are assigned to posts. If you navigate to https://www.mydomain.com/destinations/europe/italy you see the custom post type page I have created for Italy (which basically just has the description because I have disabled comments, author box, etc). When you go to https://www.mydomain.com/destinations/tax/italy you see all the posts that have been assigned to the “Italy” destination.
What I’m trying to achieve is this: I want users to navigate to https://www.mydomain.com/destinations/europe/italy and see the description for the custom post type page followed by a paginated archive.
Does anyone know how to achieve this?
