A plugin has broken the blog i am working on, and apparently I have to access cPanel to fix this. However I can’t find cPanel or login details for it. The domain is registered to wordpress directly so there is no third party dns stuff to refer to – i have read that yoursite/cPanel or yoursite:2083 should work but they do not – the client doesnet know what the IP address is either! Please let me know where i can find any of this info, thank you so much

What is the domain in question?

Note that www.remarpro.com, where you are now, only provides the free WordPress software and doesn’t host any user websites.

So I’m asking for the domain in question so I can check who is actually hosting the website, as your domain cannot be “registered to WordPress [software] directly” in any way.
