How do guest view the tickets of other users without login/registration

First of all I would like to thank you guys for building such a robust plugin, I’m almost there checking all that I need and planning to buy the premium version of this plugin, but now I want to know

1. Is there a way where the guest users can view the ticket list of all the other guests without login/registration ?
2. Can we customize the frontend ticket submission form fields, i.e. remove/add input fields ?
3. Also can a guest user submit a ticket without login/registration ?
