How do customers check the balance of giftcard?

    Hi there! Once a customer has purchased the giftcard, and used it once. Let’s say they bought $100 and spent $50.

    How do the customer then check how much balance is left on their giftcard?

    Thanks for showing interest in our plugin. You can use this shortcode [mwb_check_your_gift_card_balance] on any page on your site. After adding this shortcode two fields will get the display on the page. Now after entering the gift coupon code and email then can check the existing balance of the gift card.

    After redeeming the gift card customer will also get an email notification of the remaining gift coupon balance.

    Good day, I would like to continue this Question as when i added [mwb_check_your_gift_card_balance] it showed on my page the information to
    add in recipients email which i did and the coupon code.

    When I clicked on the button to check balance it did not take me anywhere?
    Is that supposed to redirect to somewhere else or just automatically show the balance? It’s not doing anything when button is clicked, thank you so much.
