It seems that you mistake between WPC Product Bundles and WPC Frequently Bought Together plugin. I don’t know which shortcode you are refering to.

WPC Product Bundles create a new product with Smart bundle type, so there is only 1 add to cart button visible for adding the whole bundle to the cart. There is no additional add to cart button at all.

If you would like to add some extra products to buy together a product on sale on your site, please use WPC Frequently Bought Together.
