How do add comments form to every page?

  • Hey there!
    I’m very new to coding and want to add a comments form to the end of every post.

    This is my website

    I read this previous forum about it and followed the instructions to the best of my abilities

    “Add the below to your template where you want the comments to display:
    <?php comments_template(); ?>

    I’m guessing this should go below the_content(); and:
    <?php endwhile; else: ?>”

    it did nothing

    2. my theme should have it built in without coding, right? Its one of the free defaults..

    3. I went to overall site settings
    settings>discussion and made sure that it was enabled/boxes checked

    4. everything afterwards I’m lost.

    Please help!
