How did I get 2 different dashboards?

I’m setting up two websites, using WP for both. The first I did a few months ago, so I’m don’t recall all that I did. When I loaded WP on this second site, it has a different dashboard – plain and gray. The first one has a slightly more elegant blue dashboard.

They’re both running 3.03, with the same theme, Antisnews. I have even duplicated the plugins. So, what could I have done on the first site? I’d like to get that dashboard on the second one.
