How customizable is this plugin?

    Before I install this plugin, I wanted to find out how much this plugin can be customized?

    For example, I would like to add more text to the Subscription box on the site, customize the opt-in email and confirmation page sent out when someone subscribes.

    Basically, I would like to offer a free ebook when someone signs up, and need to incorporate the necessary text and links into the plugin. Is this possible with this plugin?
