How current is this theme? Documentation?

I note that the theme has been updated recently – but it’s not evident whether that is simply security updates etc.
(I didn’t realise the theme had been created as long ago as it was.)

I have installed it but there seem to be very limited options as to what can be accomplished as far as making a unique site appearance.

I acknowledge it’s a free theme so I suppose expectations should be basic. I really can’t find anything however explaining the features it has, and especially how it integrates with the eCommerce plugin better than any other theme?

Documentation is very sparse

Apparently there’s also a Pro version? Again, information on that is notably lacking.
