How create a double job category?

I think this is related to your other thread. Yes you can give a job multiple categories, but filtering does an ‘OR’ query, not an ‘AND’ query.

Specificall the categories param:

categories – Comma separate slugs to limit the jobs to certain categories. This option overrides ‘show_categories’ if both are set.

This should be what you are looking for.
