How could I make the title an external link?

Hi,

I’m preparing a switch to wp from blogger. One of the few things I liked about blogger was how there was an extra form field under the one for the post’s title. If I input a url there, the post’s title would then be a link to that url.

But in wp, the post title is the permalink for that post.

Is there a plugin or hack or something to allow the post title to be an external link?
