How could I have two or more operators adding orders on Phone plugin?

  • Good afternoon,

    We use Phone orders currently to add telephone and email orders to WooCommerce.

    We are going to have a big pick time in the next few months and we will need at least 2 or 3 operators adding orders through phone orders plugin. How could we achieve that please?

    what problems do you have exactly?

    have you tried to use our plugin in different browsers(as different users) at same time?

    Hi, thank you for your reply.

    The plugin is sluggish when more that one user is using it. Each user has his on WP login details but I get the phone plugin is the same licence for each user.

    We use the plugin in different browsers mainly chrome and edge. Does it make sense?
