• So I just realized my problem, but I want to know why Im getting this issue.

    Using Notepad as I’m creating my own template, I put in, ooh lets say the title/link of the site…

    <?php bloginfo(’name’); ?>

    In Notepad the “#” shows up as a weird charecter for “”, and then when I upload the “” shows up as two square boxes.

    What causes this?

    It does it with “, ‘, and other characters in Notepad.

    Any clues to this mystery? It’s a recent problem.
