How co customize the product url

  • Log in to the admin side of WordPress and go Settings -> Permalinks. It sounds like you already have the Common Settings set to something other than the “default.” You must for this to work.

    Scroll down to the Product permalink base section. Select Product. Scroll down to the Custom Base line and replace “product” with “item”. Save your changes.

    If you’re using a caching plugin, it’s a good idea to clear the cache. Then you’re good to go.
