how change Style colors

    Hello,
    thank you for your great job.
    I want to change the colors of theme. I have changed all the colors froms customizr/inc/assets/css but when I select it from the settings/style its still with the same collors. May be I need to change it from another place?
    I would like to use for letter: #00000
    for the header (pages, etc): #335717
