How Change Hover color on Select form field

  • I need help.
    How can I change the color of the blue bar in the selection menu? (photo in the link).
    The blue bar appears when the mouse passes over it.
    I don’t want it to look blue, I want it to be another color. Elementor does not allow me to modify it. Can it be modified with CSS?

    Note: In another browser (Microsoft Egde) the bar is a different color (gray)
