How change email address of my www.remarpro.com when email is no longer good?

Hi: I didn’t know where else to ask this – I need to change the email address on my www.remarpro.com account. The problem is the existing email address is no longer working – I don’t own the domain anymore. To change the email address it says it has to send a verification to the existing email address which won’t be delivered. Is there any solution or do I have to start over with a new account?
