how can we use this plugin in the register page

  • I created a hook copying the fields from the payment page to the register page.
    the problem is: when I choose a country I don’t get its states.
    this problem occurs in the register page, on the other hand in the payment page everything is fine.
    how we benefit from plugin during registration
