How can we report plugins that are doing illegal activities?

We are a small startup that specializes on web security and backdoor access. Throughout our research, we found multiple plugin and themes in WordPress directory that sends sensitive information to dev server and also has backdoor access.Can anyone guide us how can we report certain plugins and themes to wordpress for them to take a look ?
