How can we let people flag listings? Crucial Feature

You can see how a large directory with 1000’s of listings about locations, there will 100% for sure be locations that go out of business or details about location need to be updated. We know that users can claim listings, but we think another important step for quality control is to allow users to Flag listings, give reason why (outdated info, inappropriate content, etc) and admin would see notification in WP admin dashboard for new location flags submitted by users. Admin can also set minimum number of flags submitted by users so that if locations receive X flags then admin sees warning that the location need attention. So for example, admin can say in settings if locations get 5 flags then admin sees notice or listing can be temporarily unpublished until review by admin. You get the point. This flag feature will be very important for community driven directories where single users may submit multiple locations but the admin want’s to keep control over the listings instead of allowing users to claim those listings.
