How can we ADD text on the Product Pages (for SEO) to be underneath the Products

    Hi

    We have current website.

    The SEO guys want us to add TEXT to the TOP of the Product Category which I know how to do that already.

    2 options:

    * HOW can we MOVE the area for DESCRIPTION on the Product CATEGORY PAGE to be underneath the Products for that Category?
    * Can we have small amount of TEXT at TOP of the Product CATEGORY PAGE AND have text on the BOTTOM of Product CATEGORY PAGE to help with SEO Descriptions etc.

    Please advise.

    Hi there,

    It looks like what you’re trying to accomplish may require some theme customization. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer support for theme customization, but we can point you in the right direction.

    I’d recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    That being said, there might be an alternative way of accomplishing this by creating your own custom pages and adding products based on category using the “Products by Category” block.

    Alternatively, you can use the products WooCommerce shortcode, and display products by category, then you can link these custom pages on your Navigation menu so that customers would be able to locate them easily.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I know I can go into the Products / Categories / and EDIT a particular Category and ADD text in there ..

    This text that then displays on the PRODUCT CATEGORY page, I would prefer to be viewed down the bottom underneath the products (rather than on the top).

    I’ve seen someone else do this from within this support group, just can’t locate the post.
