    Hi tsabar,

    Mailchimp has a merge tag you can use for this: *|UPDATE_PROFILE|*. Use it in the e-mails you set up through the Mailchimp dashboard. For more information, visit this link or this one.

    isn’t there a way for members to update their group subscriptions from the site at their convenience rather than having to send then an email?

    Yes, I’ve been wondering the same thing.
    Just as there’s the “auto-update” feature on MaiChimp when importing lists, can’t this option be a default when sending details through the plugin form on my site?
