How can use 'Preload Mode'

Hi!
I tried to use the Preload cache but in one of my sites nothing happens. The cache is not created.

https://www.encontraabcd.com.br/cache-3.jpgShould I delete all existing cache before create a preload cache?
Do you have any suggestion for my configuration?
