• I am having some trouble downloading the file from the woocommerce>orders>order#xxx within dashboard. Getting a 403 error. I did try disable the OPTIONS INDEX in .htaccess, but no luck there.

I do realize, I can simply grab the file from FTP. However I am building for someone else. We are highly interested in a way to have the user’s uploaded file be automatically attached to the admin email. With today’s technology, we are taking orders on our cell phones while on-the-go and it would super convenient for our use!

Thank in advance, great plugin so far!

I got past the 403 error, however this requires to remove “Options All -Indexes” from all .htaccess files which can not be good for security. Especially when I can not have the public viewing our uploaded files. It is not a good/safe fix. In search of a better way there..

Regardless, I only removed “Options All -Indexes” to debug, and I STILL cannot access the uploaded file. (I can only from FTP obviously). Interestingly enough, if you right-click the filename from admin>dashboard>woocommerce>orders page, I can choose “Save Link As”, however that does the same thing as left-clicking on it, which is my theme’s default “Page Not Found” page. (I use a twenty-sixteen-child theme btw, WP 4.4.2 and the lastest on your plugin)

I’ll keep updating my post here, while I wait for you, I know people are busy, thanks again!
