How can the completed data be sent to a PDF file?

Hello friends once more. I ask to help in solving the problem.
I need to generate a PDF document after the form has been successfully submitted, in which the data should be filled in on the basis of the information entered by the user. And this PDF document should be sent to a certain mail.
How to implement this?
