How can professional clients pay their bills on a site using WooCommerce?

Good morning,

Although I have used WooCommerce for traditional store set ups—I now have a web client who offers professional services. Her clients need a way to pay their bills on her website. The amount of the bill payments is never the same from client to client.

I’m unable to find a way after searching the Internet that I can do this on WooCommerce.
