How can make cart icon direct to cart on homepage

I tried making a test booking but it took me straight to the cart page and then checkout page, but when I checked from the homepage it is showing the account/login button at the top corner but not the cart icon.

In addition, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I can see this cart icon is coming from a theme you are using. So how this cart icon is working right now depends on the theme, and I can see you are using the WPRentals theme.
