How can I vote an Idea only one time?

Hi, the default and only behaviour with IdeaPush is that a user can only vote on an idea once, they can’t vote anymore than once. So this should fulfil your requirements. Thanks,

I have the plugin with 3.9 version and sometimes a user can vote more than one time. The vote seems like disappear. The vote disappear sometimes. ?How can check any trouble? ?How can know/see the users that voted an Idea?

What you are explaining does not sound right. You can vote for an idea and then if you try and vote for it again the vote will be de-registered, that way if a user accidentally votes for something they can retract their vote. I have voted all the ideas as negative, but some have left themselves unmarked. Could this happen by a manual translation into Spanish?

I gonna to explain teh problem:
Actually we have 97 members on the wordpress site. The users post ideas and vote (positively) them but 15 o 20 minutes later “HAND-UP” appear unchecked and the score don′t change to (actual score – 1).

We are test this situation voting 15 ideas (positively) 30 minutes later “HAND-UP” appear checked on 3 ideas only.

In addition ?Where is saved what user vote that idea?

Data is saved on the post meta.

What you are saying is not being reported by anyone else. I suggest for testing that you use a logged in account you have for a site and then in an incognito window test another user. The other user will be tied to the IP.

I was query the database and I think something is wrong.
In this case, the value up-voters should will be the same that total votes because don’t had down-voters.
?Would be the correct functionality, really?

I am really not sure about this or really what I am looking at. I think if you are experiencing a critical issue with the plugin which can be easily explained and demonstrated then I am keen to fix it. Otherwise it may be best to get professional assistance.
