• I am using a theme called ‘Extinct’, which also includes Revolution Slider. I am nearly finished with the entire site and I’m finishing up some of the images on the slider. When you view the Extinct preview (https://portfoliotheme.org/themes/?theme=Extinct), they have a couple elements on their Revolution slider images on their home page that I’d really like to use (specifically a banner surrounded by stars). I don’t know if a) I’m allowed to use these and b) if I am, where are they? I’ve searched high and low within my WordPress site. I can probably make it myself in Illustrator but it would take me a long time! If you can help, I’d appreciate it.

  • If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Thanks – I’ve posted in the theme’s forum. Appreciate it!
