• Hi!

I am in the beginning stages of creating a website similar to Udemy.com and craftsy.com, etc.
Where I will be selling video learning content online.

I have been hitting a roadblock and I need some help or advice from others who are doing a similar thing.
Each video will be anywhere from 10 min – 1 hour long which means that the files sizes will be very large.

Hosting providers have a file upload limit generally of around 100mb per file which is no where near what I need.

What are everyone’s strategies for getting around this issue?
Also what hosting provider are you using?

    Thanks very much

Don’t use Developing with WordPress for general support. I’ve moved your topic.

What are everyone’s strategies for getting around this issue?

Use a video hosting service such as Youtube or Vimeo. If you insist on hosting that on your own site then get a host provider that permits that.

Also what hosting provider are you using?

That gets this topic closed as hosting topics produce spam and that serves no purpose here.

Per the Forum welcome, we close topics like this due to the amount of spam that they attract. The WordPress team has provided a list of a few recommended hosting providers. For more details and other recommendations, please search via your preferred search engine.

Note: By closing this post I neither support nor condemn the use of the servers listed on the www.remarpro.com official hosting page, or in this thread, and encourage you to search around.
