How Can I Transfer Expired Domains Files & Database to Another Domain ?

Hi, I lost my blog domain unfortunately because of some issues, I was using WordPress platform. I have another domain and want to use all files, database etc to new domain. Anyone will help or guide me how can i get all stuff to new domain withing same web host?
