How can I track the page the donation is made on?

Hi, I’d like to use GiveWP to add a donation button to numerous pages, without creating separate forms for each page. How could I track the page the form launched from? Would the Google Analytics add-on enable this? If not, is there another way? Thanks.

Out of the box, it’s not possible to retrieve the page where that donation came from, because GiveWP is designed to store the donation form title as the main source for the donation, and not the page where the form was placed.
However, a workaround for that would be to add a custom hidden field to your site and add it to the donation report under Donations > Donations. It would require some coding skills and you can use a code snippet that we have available in our snippet library. You’d need to use CSS to hide the custom field. After that, you can use JavaScript, for example, to fill the custom field with the page, or you can use even PHP to get the page name and add to the field.
