How Can I Tell If A JS File Is Deferred?

    Greetings, I’ve got the same JS files coming up as bottlenecks on both Google PageSpeed analysis and in https://www.webpagetest.org/. The files in question are:
    /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js

    I’m using BeaverBuilder Pro, Beaver Themer, and a Beaver Child Theme all the latest and on the WordPress 6.6.1.

    I’ve got WPO set to defer ALL javascript files using the “defer” attribute, but no joy. I’m doing something wrong, I just don’t know what. ??
