That’s a premium theme; ask the theme developer. These forums are for free or WordPress/Automattic released themes.

As songdogtech already stated, that’s a commercial theme sold out of Themeforest. Try contacting the theme developer for support.

Part of the fee for that theme should have been for support as well.

at this moment, the active theme is ‘akita’ by themeforest – therefore a commercial theme, which are not supported by this forum.

interestingly, the ‘Call now…..’ is gone; problem solved???

Therefore, the phrase “may” is used as a potential clause that the theme he MAY be referring too could be deactivated. The assumption of you believing the current theme is what he was referring too holds same weight as my thought that the theme he may be referring too is potentially deactivated; because I did not see the phrase, nor was there a closure to this listing.

Instead of critiquing a general response by a “volunteer” who is trying to help out of his OWN time, maybe the critiquing could be placed on the person putting this question into the forum.

We can only guess what the questioning person is in need of, if a minimum amount of information and current status is available. Thank you for your opinion, nevertheless, just trying to help and gauge further information of the issue to help a fellow WP user out.

quite a large part of the time is already taken up with question such as ‘what theme are you using?’, ‘link to your site?’ etc;
shall we add the question ‘are you referring to a different site or theme other than the one posted in your question?’ despite a link given?

As much as I enjoy reading these perspectives, which can allow for me to gauge the mentality of others within these forums (being that I recently signed up to this forum). The fact of this matter is that regardless of my suggestion being on point or you believing that it is not; it’s a mere comment pertaining to assist in the topic of the listing. Not spam, not giving bad advice, it’s just a comment/question. Did it lead him/her the wrong direction? No.

Therefore, why should I be wasting my time having to defend why the comment was made the way it was? If a resolution was found, it would have been great to see “resolved” rather than having to have another “assumption” for whether it is being solved or not. If it doesn’t help the user, they can choose to ignore it, or potentially respond to it.
