When leaving W3 Cache on, I have noticed that the navigation bar disappears on desktop only (after about an hour)
The only way to fix this is to manually empty the cache. Is there a way to prevent caching of the header navigation?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @marbleagency

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
I’ve checked your website numerous times, within 2 hours and I am not seeing any issues with the navigation menu.
Can you please let me know if the issue still persists and also let me know when the issue occurs so I can check this?
As I can see, you have Page Cache, Object Cache and LazyLoading enabled, along with the Browser Cache and none of these options should cause the issue you are mentioning.
    Thank you!

I have had to empty cache as client is running ads – but when the cache is emptied everything goes back to working as normal. Then after a few hours, some of the pages end up losing a bulk of content.

    Hello @marbleagency

    Thank you for the information.
I haven’t had the chance to look at the page sorry.
First of all, If you are on shared hosting env, you should disable Object Caching. It’s not recommended to use Object Caching when caching t disk and especially on shared hosting. If you are on VPS or a Dedicated server, I would recommend using some memory-based caching method like Redis or Memcached.
Since I was not able to see the page, next time you encounter the issue, please inspect the website and check the console for any errors.
You may also want to try to enable Iser gent Groups in Performance>Cache Groups>Manage User Agent Groups, and enable both groups of user agents and select your theme in the Theme: dropdown menu.
    I hope this helps!
    Thanks!
