How can I stop the plugin from changing the block ID automatically?

    The site provided in the URL is using Spectra as the extension of the block editor.

    It’s overall sound, but the plugin constantly changes the block_id in the reusable blocks whenever I update the page content. Changing the block_id in the reusable blocks unexpectedly wastes the server’s memory and causes the website’s crash.

    However, changing the block_id didn’t cause any problems in the previous versions (the last stable version was 2.2, as far as I can remember). So I wonder why it’s an issue now.
