How can I stop the generation of the file to be able to modify the settings?

  • Hello.

    I am connecting the catalog but now I want to exclude the variations. Although while the file is being generated I can’t stop the job?

    hours ago it has been stuck in that process I want to stop it and reconfigure.

    I have tried everything to uninstall and Reinstall the plugin and when I come back it keeps generating the file. Enter cpanel and suspended the account, I reactivated the account and when I returned, the file continued to be generated, it is only in the loop

    about excluding variations, there is a dedicated option in the catalog settings, here a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/buMdkD.jpg

    Make sure this option is enabled in order to exclude any variations on it.

    About the process stuck, please try to decrease the number in the option “Chunk limit” (screenshot https://snipboard.io/QhO4rk.jpg). This option is visible only when you have the “save in background” option enabled.

    You can try with something like 200, or 100, or even 50 if it doesn’t work yet. Less that number is, more probability you have that the process could finish successfully.
