    I constantly have the notification:

We see that you enabled automatic updates for WordPress. We recommend that you do this for Yoast SEO as well. This way we can guarantee that WordPress and Yoast SEO will continue to run smoothly together. Go to your plugins overview to enable auto-updates for Yoast SEO.

I have auto-updates enabled through Bluehost but the plugin does not seem to recognise this (though it is updating).

I can hide the notification but every time I log in there it is again.

    Hi @partisanblog!

If you were to use this code snippet described here https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/16001#issuecomment-688123852 and place it in your functions.php file does the issue resolve? If you are not sure how to edit the functions.php file, your theme developer or host provider can help.

Be sure to take a backup before making changes. Your host provider can help with this too.

If the issue continues even after using that snippet, please let us know.
