How can I split add on price apart from the product price?

Thank you for sharing your requirements for the plugin. The ability to split add-on prices would be a customization request and we are unable to develop support this functionality.

Unfortunately, the plugin by default doesn’t support the ability to add the price add-ons under the subtotal column of the cart/checkout view. The subtotal column is designed to show a single price for the item, this is why we show the add-on prices under the product item on the left side.

Since we are unable to provide this code customization, you can hire a developer to help you develop the code to split the add-on price on the subtotal column, a great resource to check out would be: https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or other third party developer communities.
