How can I show the full URL of the document?

I love the plugin but I would like to know how I can show the full URL to the PDF’s I have, as I want to share them on other pages as a link.
How can I do that?So, not like
https://neuropathie.nu/bfd_download/vragenlijst-dn4-dunne-vezel-neuropathie-dvn/but like this (at the end)
