How can I show my client their website’s performance (visitors, etc)?

I’m a web designer and am wanting to be able to automate the process of sharing analytics with my client, preferably by email on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. I want to make it as easy as possible for him since he’s not really computer literate.

I’ve found that the Google Search Console will help provide much of this information, but am unsure if by adding him as a user he can change anything I’ve set up for him.

Please advise. Thank you.

NOTE: I’m only looking for 100% FREE solutions (no trials either).
